Due to the core nature of AdsVibe as a call-detect marketing automation utility, the application requests the following sensitive permissions from the user. These permissions are strictly processed locally on your device to execute user-defined automation and are never transmitted to any third parties:

• READ_PHONE_STATE & READ_CALL_LOG: Used to detect incoming and missed calls on your phone in order to trigger the auto-response workflow.
• SEND_SMS: Used to automatically send text messages (SMS) to callers as configured by the user.
• SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW (Draw Over Other Apps): Used to display the call automation status popup on your device screen when a call ends.
• REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS: Enables the background service to remain active and process automation alerts continuously.

2. Data Collection and Usage

We collect and store your account profile details (such as username, business name, WhatsApp contact number, and email) on our secure servers to manage your subscription. SMS log history (timestamp, caller number, and delivery status) is uploaded to your private dashboard to allow you to track your delivery analytics.

3. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to secure all data transmissions. User passwords are securely hashed using bcryptjs. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.
